A Brief History

The Clinton County Housing Coalition, Inc. is a non-profit social service agency located in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. The organization was founded in 2007 by concerned members of local churches and agencies who came together to address housing and homelessness in Clinton County. In 2008, the group formally incorporated, and in 2010, they received 501(c)(3) non-profit organization status from the IRS. The corporation has assembled a dedicated and knowledgeable Board of Directors selected from key human service providers throughout the community.

Announcements

Due to overwhelming demand and lack of remaining funds, Clinton County is no longer accepting applications for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) as of January 17, 2024. For those who have already applied, Clinton County will continue to process applications until all available funds are exhausted.
